2012 NFL Draft Prop Odds For No.4 Pick By Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns currently occupy the fourth spot in the 2012 NFL Draft, and have three of the top-36 picks overall thanks to the trade last year with the Atlanta Falcons in the first round.
Cleveland gets Atlanta’s first round pick in addition to their own.
The high number of early picks though opens the door for a lot of possibilities for the Browns at No.4.
Oddsmakers are fielding a couple of wagers on the topic, including who the fourth pick in the draft will be, and will Cleveland be that team to draft them.
Let’s take a look at the betting options for the fourth pick in 2012 on NFL Draft Prop Odds at Bovada Sportsbook.
Oddsmakers believe that Alabama running back Trent Richardson will go to the Browns in the No.4 spot, as a running back is certainly a need on this team to help out quarterback Colt McCoy. Richardson is undoubtedly the biggest playmaker at the running back position in the draft, and definitely a game changer.
They include Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who has risen up the charts since his NFL combine and pro days throughout this process. While the Browns have McCoy at quarterback, he has had some struggles in his first two seasons. Tannehill is set at +150 to be taken by the Browns.
Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon and LSU cornerback Morris Claiborne are well back, either because they might be off the board by then or because they are less of a need than a running back or a cornerback. But they are going off at +425 and +600 respectively.
