Celebrity Apprentice Stirs Up Entertainment Betting Lines

One of the most familiar faces in the business world is also host to a top ranked reality game show, Celebrity Apprentice. This season marks the third installment of Celebrity Apprentice, and after just one episode, which premiered March 14th, fans can expect to see one dramatic season.
As Trump returns for another round of Celebrity Apprentice, he brings along with him a star studded line up including the men’s team, Darryl Strawberry, Bret Michaels, Bill Goldberg, Michael Johnson, Rod Blagojevich, Sinbad and Curtis Stone. And the prettier side of things, the women’s team include Cyndi Lauper, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete, Selita Ebanks, Maria Kanellis, Carol Leifer and Summer Sanders.
The cast already have one challenge under their belts and victory goes to the men’s team, who go by the name of Rock Solid. Their first task was for each individual team to run a diner in New York City for 3 hours. Seems like an easy enough task, but in truth it became much more complex. Each team was responsible for creating the menu, cooking the food, busing the tables, and any other area that comes with running a restaurant.
The men we off to an advantage even before the task began, with Celebrity Chef Curtis Stone on their team. Both teams did a decent job of running the diner and pulled in some heavy tippers on both sides. The woman’s team pulled in an impressive $39,000, which seemed to make them think they had it in the bag, but that was no where near what the guys brought, in which totaled an amazing $56,000.
In the board room, the women fought to get their hard work noticed, but it did not change the fact that the men pulled in more money and were named winners of the challenge, forcing the women to have to face Trump in the board room, one on one. The women quickly turned on Carol Leifer, claiming that she did not pull her weight on the team. Trump agreed and Carol heard the words no apprentice likes to hear – “You’re Fired.” She will however get $10,000 donated to her selected charity, The North Shore Animal League. Project leader Bret Michael’s will receive $100,000 to his charity which is Juvenile Diabetes.
With another task right around the corner, online sportsbooks are asking online players to voice their opinions on who they think will be named the next celebrity apprentice using entertainment betting.
