Green Bay Packers Two-Touchdown Favorites Over Tampa Bay Buccaneers In Week 11

The Green Bay Packers remain unbeaten this season, fresh off of a dominating performance at home on Monday Night Football over division rival Minnesota.

Now, in Week 11, it’s another rival outside of the division that will have Green Bay’s full attention when they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers while looking to begin the season 10-0.

“I think we’ve known that we can play at this level, it’s just a matter of getting it done,” remarked Green Bay linebacker Clay Matthews.

But it’s been the offense that has played at the highest level, while the defense has struggled in several of the games this season. Though against the Vikings, they stepped their game up and dominated the Minnesota offense.

“We’re mad,” Packers cornerback Charles Woodson said. “We’re mad about the way we’ve been performing. The way our offense has been playing and carrying this team, we want to be a part of that too. We don’t want it to just be one-sided.”

The Green Bay offense is averaging over 35 points per game.

On the other side of the field, Tampa Bay (4-5) looks to hand Green Bay their first loss of the season while also moving back up to .500 on the season, trying to hang on in the NC South division.

“It’s not getting any easier,” said Bucs center Jeff Faine. “We’ve got a very, very huge challenge at Green Bay. We’ve got to play smarter and more disciplined. It’s unfortunate we’re in the position we’re in, but we’ve got to dig ourselves out.”

Oddsmakers do not expect it to be easy at all for the Buccaneers, with the Packers set as two-touchdown favorites over Tampa Bay. NFL Betting Lines In Week 11 have set green Bay as a 14.5-point favorite on Bodog Sportsbook.

If the Bucs are going to pull off an upset, quarterback Josh Freeman will have to step it up. Freeman threw for three touchdowns in last week’s loss to Houston, but threw just as many interceptions.

“I feel like I’m a better quarterback this year than I was last year,” Freeman said. “As crazy as that may sound, looking at the numbers, I feel like I’m throwing the ball as well as I ever have, it’s just things aren’t going my way.”
