March Madness Blackjack Tournaments Continue Through Online Sportsbook

Through one online sportsbook, March Madness began back in February. Though the basketball tournaments did not begin until the middle of March, one online sportsbook has been holding their March Madness Head-to-Head Blackjack tournaments since late February.
In the March Madness tournament style blackjack, players will be facing off against each other. In the one on one scenario, players will compete in rounds of ten to fifteen hands. While the players will draw against the dealer, the wagers are placed against the opposition. Similarly to poker, a marker will pass back and forth between the players. In the end of the set, he or she with the largest supply of chips will advance to the next round.
Players can enter the Lucky 32′s to enter the Sweet 16′s, which will both run every day of the week. Winning the sweet 16′s qualifies players for a shot at the $6,400 dollars available. These tournaments can be entered for as low as $6 dollars, with prize purses of over $100 dollars in many events.
The main event will be entered by those who manage to qualify for the Finals. The final 64 players throughout the tournament will be allowed to enter the main event. The main event, requiring $110 dollars as a buy in, will hold a prize pool of $6,400 dollars. The first and second place winners will both take over $1,000 dollars, with the first place prize as $2,112.
Free seats can be won, but only one seat can go to each player. The main event will come on April 15th, shortly after the March Madness events have winded down. Eight players will be paid in the big win, making this one of the most profitable of all tournaments found through any of the best online sportsbooks.
