The Heat also covered the 4.5-point spread installed for Game 1, on top of the straight up victory. Game 2 gets under way from American Airlines Arena on Thursday night at 9pm Et, with the storyline of Mavericks’ star Dirk Nowitzki and the injury to his non-shooting hand. Both goalies, Roberto Luongo for Vancouver, and Thomas for Boston, stepped up to the task at hand in Game 1, as the potent offenses for both teams struggled to get it past either one.
