Survivor Nicaragua Boosting Traffic At Online Sportsbooks
August 30th, 2010 – Written By Bonnie
Each week we get to see a little sneak peak of what is to be expected in the next season of Survivor. Survivor is taking place in some unknown territory this next season as they move camp to the beautiful Nicaragua. Survivor is upon it’s 21st installment of the competitive reality series and there is no better place to celebrate than in Nicaragua. The new location was announced upon the completions of the last season, Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains, and it has also been stated that season 22 will also be taped on location in Nicaragua.
The new season will begin on September 15th. The cast members will be divided into two tribes. Which tribe they are in depends on their age. Those who are over the age of 40 will join the Espada tribe and those who are 30 years old and younger will be join the La Flor tribe. As we have seen in the previews of next season, former NFL coach Jimmy Johnson will be part of the Espada tribe. He talked a big game on the field, so lets see what this old timer has to offer his tribe.
These contestants come from all walks of life. While some may be more educated than others, all are just as determined to walk away with the large cash prize at the end of the game. Some times brains can out power the physical strength of another and vise verse. This season of Survivor is sure to test all tribe members in ways they never imaged possible.
Host Jeff Probst has revealed that the immunity idol will return to this season of Survivor, but finding it will be much more difficult than we have seen in the past. It has been said that it was just too easy to locate in the past few seasons, so we can bet that it will truly take some searching for a reward of such power.
Online sportsbooks are getting in on the action as well and already offering entertainment betting odds on which cast away will be the last man standing. You never can really tell just what these reality shows have in store for the participants, but one thing is for sure, online betting will certainly make this reality series much more entertaining to watch.
